Holy Sunoro was cerimoniously placed in the church on 14th August 1982 by Late Lamented His Biatitude Baselious Poulose, the second Catholicos of the East along with an order from H.H Patriarch of Antioch and all the East.

Our Present membership strength is reaching 200 Nos. during these 36 years and can accommodate them comfortably in our church hall. When the ongoing projects like Infopark, Smart City, Cyber City, Metro Rail, L. N. G terminal, Container Terminal, GAIL etc. and the incoming projects from the “Emerging Kerala” will bring in an inflow of population to the city more than 3 lakhs with in 10 years. Out of this we expect a share of members to our church a mere 0 .5% minimum. Between Ernakulam and Aluva stretch of 22Kms; this is the only church for the Jacobite faction. So have to provide accommodation for the incoming members.
